Individual Canvas is a service agency providing Residential Habilitation, Day Habilitation and Transportation Services to adults with Developmental Disabilities in Pueblo County.
From programs and partnerships to training and transportation, everything that we do at Individual Canvas revolves around our mission statement.
Empowerment and independence underline each and every decision we make. Because each individual needs are unique the resources and supports to achieve his or her maximum level of independence have to be unique as well.

Our agency is experienced in working with individuals and their families with physical and developmental disabilities and financial limitations. We assist with leading individuals to healthier independent and productive lives to the fullest extent possible, experience in fostering an environment of teamwork and continued growth and development across all functions. Areas of expertise includes good professional public relations, while meeting requirements in accordance with federal and state policies and procedures.
